Directly admitting single-course guests by charging the tuition approved by the Board of Trustees 6. Guiding students in adding courses 7. Performing affairs related to add/drop and emergency drop 8. Notifying the names of students who cannot register before the add/drop period 9. Introducing students as guests for single courses or the entire semester to other schools or universities 10. Performing affairs related to students’ enrollment certificates or academic leave 11. Notifying students’ grades by making confidential official inquiries from the related office 12. Performing all the processes of student withdrawal, transfer, or expulsion 13. Performing all the processes of student graduation 14. Providing students with curricula 15. Preparing new transcripts from defaced ones and sending them to the Directorate 16. Confirming degrees sent from the Directorate of Education 17. Introducing suspended students in each semester divided by disciplines to students’ families and the Directorate of Education 18. Reporting students’ academic status to the Vice-Chancellor for Education 19. Preparing student statistics divided by semester 20. Issuing medical certificates for students who cannot participate in examinations due to illness, sending them to the Student Healthcare Center, and follow-up of related affairs 21. Holding final examinations 22. Performing the orders of superiors
